	what is sublimation
	Sublimation is a digital print on polyester fabrics. The artwork gets printed onto special transfer paper. The transfer paper is then heat pressed under 400 F heat onto the fabrics. Under the heat the printing ink will turn into a gas and form a permanent bond to the fabrics. The image that remains is a premium full-color, photographic-quality image that will not crack, peel , fade or wash away from the fabrics. Through this process the graphic actually becomes part of the material and, unlike screen printing, this will not change the feel of the material Traditional screen printing covers fabric with ink, making it nearly impossible for air or moisture to pass through. The Sublimation process dyes the fabric with color, which helps maintain a fabrics "wicking" characteristics (the ability to breathe and let moisture through).

	Do you only produce sublimated items ?

	www.absublimation.com is a new website highlighting our custom made sports apparel. But we have been producing apparel for over 15 years
