Placement of Order
Premade Designs
If you are using one of our pre made designs, just follow each step of our online ordering system and you are done!
Custom Designs
If you are using one of our pre made designs and just want to add names or numbers, simply follow each step of our online ordering system and you are done!
If you want to create your own design, follow these steps:
- Download the template of the product you want to order.
- Once you have finished your design, upload the template on our site. Please note that we need vectorized files (adobe, photoshop or corel draw). When we received your artwork, we will revise it. If the received files are ok, we will email you a pdf proof within a few days. Once you approve it, we will need a 50 % deposit. We start production. We will inform you a few days before your production will be finished so that you can arrange rest payment.
- If you are not sure about vectorized files, just send us the files you have. We will help you in creating vector files. This may cost some design fee, we will let you know the amount and let you confirm it prior to moving forward.
- If you want our design team to create your art from scratch, please send us all the information and picture / art files you have and we will give you a quotation for the job.
- We may provide Fit Kits and Quality Sample Kits on request. The Quality Sample Kit is available prior to order placement; the Fit Kit is available after order placement and payment of initial deposit. Customer is responsible for the payment of freight to return said kits to ABPro’s published address. If said kits (or any article included in the Kit) are not returned within designated period, Customer agrees to pay the published price for said kit or any article included in the Kit not returned in same condition as received. A credit card authorization is taken at order placement or prior to shipment of Kit in order to provide security for Kit return or payment if Kit is not returned in same condition as received within our designated return period. Customer consents to ABPro’s placement of a charge on said card for any items not returned in same condition as received within the prescribed time period.
- ABPro reserves the right to use reproductions of Customers' items in ABPro’s advertising (unless Customer notifies ABPro in writing that such usage is prohibited at the time of placement of the subject order).
Cancellations
All order cancellations must be in writing and are effective upon ABPro’s receipt and confirmation. Deposit refunds are available subject to payment of applicable cancellation charge and return of any outstanding Fit Kits or Quality Sample Kits on the following conditions:
- If order cancelled within 48 hours of order placement, $ 30 cancellation charge to Customer.
- If order cancelled after 48 hours of placement but within 5 days of order placement, cancellation charge to Customer is 20 % of total order with a $ 30 minimum charge.
- After 5 days of order placement but earlier than 10 days after order, no refund of Customer's initial deposit.
- All deposit refunds subject to Customer's prior return of any outstanding Fit Kits or Quality Sample Kits.
- No orders may be cancelled later than 10 days after the order has been placed.
Return Policy
Since all our products are custom made with customer specific logos and prints, ABPro Inc accepts returns and exchanges only if we did not deliver according to the purchasing order or if the goods delivered have quality problems. If you would like to return a product, please contact us (best via email) and include your contact details and the reason for the return. A customer representative will get back to you and find a solution.
Delivery/Shipping Policy Shipping
All our products are offered including shipping to your door (anywhere in the USA). So the prices are all in net delivered. No hidden cost. If you live outside the USA, we will confirm the sales prices with you before starting an order.
